


Strength Mix
– This 50 minute class is a blend of Cardio and Strength Training. 1st 10 minutes of class is a progressive cardio warm up into higher intensity, followed by strength & resistance training, and eventually a stretch and cool down. Some classes are lightly choreographed, but no dancing involved. Great class for all ages, gender and skill levels.

VXN WORKOUT®
– Dance It Off, Torch Calories and “Stay Hungry. Live Fierce”
VXN Workout is an intense Hip-Hop Cardio workout inspired by your favorite artists and the Miami club scene. Each workout creates a fun club atmosphere where women can let loose while also completing intense muscle movements hidden by clever choreography, loud music and fun! While traditional workout wear is worn, the unofficial dress code for the Vixen Workout is black leggings, tanks or crop tops, bright lipstick, hair down, and wedge sneakers, which intensifies the workout and keeps you on the balls of your feet!

VXN 101
VXN 101 is great for new Vixens! In this 60-min class we will get down to basics and familiarize you with our poses, basic moves and combinations. After attending VXN 101, you’ll feel better prepared to “Slay” at your next VXN Workout…or girls night out.
If you are loving the VXN Workout, but want a chance to break down the moves to get the full benefit of the experience, this is also the class for you! I often use this class to break down any new choreography we’re planning to introduce into more advanced classes.

Tabata Bootcamp™
– Tabata Bootcamp™ is a revolutionary 8 week program that combines bootcamp fitness with High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T). You can get your workout done in half the time, and boost your metabolism to keep burning calories for hours after your workout is over. This workout is specifically formulated to fit every fitness level, from beginner to advanced.
During the 8 week Tabata Bootcamp™ session you’ll meet for weekly bootcamps with you trainer in a small group format. Then to keep your metabolism boosted between your small group sessions, group members participate in 6-minute daily web workouts provided to them on the online Tabata Bootcamp™ Members Website. The Tabata Bootcamp™ program strikes the perfect combination of short, efficient workouts, ongoing online support, and motivation in a small group training setting. All these pieces together produce amazing weight loss and fitness success. Get ready to sweat and succeed with results you can see!
